1.  Any SKETCH submitted must contain 2 (two) or more people to be

    considered a sketch AND be no longer than 2 -3 minutes in length.

2.  Any sketches submitted must be your own original material.

​

3.  AI generated videos are not accepted whatsoever.

 

4.  No unauthorized trademark or unauthorized copyright material is permitted

     in any sketch that's been submitted to the show. If any infringement of any

     nature or kind is detected in the submitted sketch, the sketch will

     automatically be disqualified.

5.  It's a little Sketchy or any of its affiliates reserve the right to pass, reject and

     dismiss any videos submitted based on trademark and/or copyright

     infringement and AI.

​

6.  It's a Little Sketchy and it's affiliates reserves the right to use

     in whole or in part any and all video(s) submitted by its contestants for the

     following:

​

     Advertising, marketing, licensing, branding and for any monetization for the

     show.

 

7.  All entrants consent to public posting of their submission(s).

 

 

 8.  PAYMENT is required when registering and uploading your file.

     The fee to enter the competition is $49.99 per entry. Only one file

     can be uploaded at a time so make it your best one.  Contestants can

     register and submit as many sketches as they want.  Each entry requires a

     separate registration, payment and video upload.

9.  All video uploads must conform to the following specifications:

     MP4, MOV, M4V, AVI, WMV, WEBM formats.

     Each video must be no more than 250mb to upload. Anything over this

     limit will be rejected.

 

10.  Payment information must correlate with registration information or your

      registration to enter this competition will not be valid.

11.   Liability and Indemnification.:

     Contestant agrees to indemnify, hold harmless,

     and defend "It's A Little Sketchy" and its affiliates for, from, and against any

     claims, demands, actions, settlements, judgments, costs, or damages,

     including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs, arising out of or

     related to this Agreement to the extent such claims, demands, actions,

     settlements, judgments, costs, or damages relate to the gross negligence or

     intentional misconduct of "It's A Little Sketchy", their agents, representatives,

     and employees. This provision shall apply throughout the entire length of

     this Competition and shall survive the termination of this Competition

     whereas It's a Little Sketchy and its affiliates will not be held liable.

12.  Any and All entries, registrations and payments must be made within the U.S.A.

      It's a Little Sketchy can only accept entries from the United States at this time.
